SAE Power is a major designer and manufacturer of highly reliable, high performance EMI/RFI Power Line Filters for computer, industrial, telecom and medical applications. For two decades, We have worked closely with customers, designing solutions for difficult conducted EMI/RFI noise problems.

Our standard products cover many application categories, including general, high-performance, super-performance, switching transient, three-phase, connector, and power entry module filters. For extremely low leakage current requirements, the medical series filters are available.

We offer a complete line of standard single and three phase filters in current ranges from one to sixty amps, offering dual and single stage versions, in multiple mechanical and electrical configurations with full international safety certifications. Power entry modules offer a variety of options including line fuse, power switch, IEC receptacle and input voltage selector switch.

When specifications require something different, our innovative engineering group can develop “ground up” designs, often in less than one week. Extensive experience in design, component derating and attention to detail provides a base which allows us to quickly produce filters in high volumes with high reliability.

We offer engineering support, from the initial concept through specification development; and in application, prototyping, testing, qualification and production. UL, CSA and TUV or VDE approval can be accomplished in as little as 8 weeks. If customers require assistance in testing their system, SAE Power will aid in compliance testing to FCC and VDE requirements, and optimize the filter type to produce a cost effective solution.
